14.-15.04.2023 NLS3: 54. Adenauer ADAC Rundstrecken-Trophy
The third round of the Nürburg Langstrecke Serie finally marked Caresani’s debut at the Nordschleife. After a good preparation during training on Friday, he was allowed to do the first outing at the qualification. Placing the car at 6th position, the team managed 12th place as a final result of the qualifying session.
A half hour into the race, the Schnitzelalm AMG Mercedes GT3 of the Colin Caresani/Patrick Assenheimer/Marcel Marcewicz combination was unfortunately hit from behind under code 66. The damage to the car was such that the car had to be taken out of the race. A disappointing DNF in a otherwise good race weekend.
